Amazing food. Fast service. Bilingual speaking! I always order from here on a night of studying, a hangover day, or when I have people over. They also got a bodega inside the store and a cool jukebox

The al pastor burritos here are incredible and huge for the price. Love this place so much!

My go-to mexican spot for delivery. Authentic and always delicious! Great tacos, the lengua is delicious

This is always a go to stop for me whenever I visit my friends in NYC! They live right near the restaurant so it's always free delivery & they're always quick with prepping the food, but it always is warm & so fresh! Very authentic Mexican food & the prices are not bad at all; got 1 large burrito & 4 tacos filled with steak for just over $25 bucks including tip

We found this place on our way walking to the 1 train to 145th Street. We smelled tacos from outside and we all of a suddenly craved tacos so we gave it a try. We ordered their Chicken Taco, Mexican Sausage Taco, and Cactus Taco. This was our first time seeing Cactus Taco on a menu so we wanted to try it out. We didn't know what kind of Cactus it was because we know there are various different kinds of cactus but it was a nice option for a veggie taco. It had a slightly sour or acidic flavor, similar to green beans or okra. It was tasty overall. Our favorite was the Mexican Sausage Taco, it's always been our favorite and go-to taco. The Chorizo taco was savory and spicy, You never could go wrong with ordering a Chorizo taco. The Chicken Taco has a mild and savory flavor that was also juicy. Overall, what a great restaurant to come across when you are in the neighborhood.

The best mexican food in the area hands down. Helps if you speak spanish but you can always point to what you want on the menu. I highly recommend the huaraches and nachos with guac. Realky, you cannot go wrong! Food made with love. All the produce they use is so fresh too.

It can be hard to find good Mexican takeout in Manhattan for a decent price, and my partner is from LA so we really never thought that would happen. We found Chinelos by accident when looking for a quick bodega sandwich before a friend's party and felt like we hit gold. At the time we weren't in the delivery radius and thought we'd never have it again, but then we moved nearby and it was the first meal we had in our new home. Everything we've had here is GREAT.

Love this place the chimichangas are amazing! Had a delivery mishap once & the refund was easily done and politely handled. Every time I'm in ordering range I get a shrimp chimichanga! Love this place, the wait is worth it. The food has great protein to rice ratio , always happy!

The best quality Mexican food in the area! The cooking here is great, the flavors are amazing and the prices aren't too shabby! I was a little upset to see that for tacos, it's $.50 extra per taco to get lettuce tomato onions and cheese. I thought those things were usually free? Regardless, I added them to my tacos and it really filled the taco. I ordered a lengua, chorizo, and buche taco they were all very tasty but the buche taco was a bit too burnt and crispy. This is not a criticism because that might be how it's always made - this was my first time ever having buche. Every time I've come here, the service is just a bit too long. I only ordered takeout here and expect it to be quick. However, the wait time for your food is just as long as if you were just sitting in. Of note, you have to pay in the adjacent deli. Not with the cook or the waitress if you're ordering to go. In the adjacent deli, you can find drinks and snacks to go with your order. This place has great food and is a lovely neighborhood staple. Stop by if you're craving Mexican food!

I would definitely say this place is a hidden gem since it's located between Broadway and Amsterdam and not on the main streets. I came upon at the recommendation of a fellow yelp eliter who lives in the area. This place is your typical hole in the wall place that serves good food at a good price. Five dollars for a burrito or a chimmichunga. Can't beat that. I will say this though I still would prefer the $7 burritos at the la Viagra taco truck on 145th. But this place is a close second. I have definitely go here if I'm craving Mexican food and my usual trucks are not there.
